Rumor 1: There is gossip circulating that you once tried drugs when you were young. Is it true?
[Answer to Rumor 1: False. It is not true. It is true that I have been in the company of people who have purchased, sold, and used drugs; but, I have never bought, sold, or used any illicit drug. To be sure, the only legally available drug that I have used with any degree of regularity is the aspirin product. I also have been in the company of people who enjoy drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking cigarettes, and swearing with profane language, which is their prerogative in a free, open, tolerant, and permissive society such as the USA where I reside; but, I do not drink, smoke, or swear. The instances of swearing in the book were to quote, repeat, or imitate the conversation and behavior of others. The gossip is false.]
