REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Bruessard Productions operates on the basis of honesty, integrity, and trust. Bruessard Productions has a strict "no refunds/no returns" policy to which all customers automatically consent when downloading products from our website. This "no refunds/no returns" policy applies only to goods and services sold by www.bruessard.com.
Bruessard Productions is selling intangible, digital products. You have instant access to these products after your payment is processed, which means you can download them directly after payment and we have no way of stopping you from using the downloaded products. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any digital product from us. We have no protection against you downloading the product, using it, and then filing an unwarranted refund claim through your credit card vendor.
There are exceptional cases when a refund can be issued:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some techincal issues, you were not able to go to the download page;
- Download issues: You were experiencing problems with downloading the product;
- Irreparable defects with the product: Although all products for download are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors with the product may occur. We might request that you submit the defective file to our team for review
The status of each download automatically is captured and stored.
In the event that one of these three exceptional cases does occur and you are not able to obtain a second download, except cases of a product defect, your credit card vendor will deal with the dispute and not us. We will not be communicating with you. We will be communicating with our merchant and your credit card vendor. Based on our review of the transaction, we simply will upgrade the claim to allow your credit card vendor to make a decision whether to honor or deny the refund request. The decision will be final. The case will be classified as closed.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and we do not honor any refund/return requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (for example, readers, plug-ins, add-ons, modules, scripts, extensions etc.). We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs, and we do not provide support for third-party applications. You are responsible for making certain that the version of the book you download is compatibale with your hardware and operating system (that is, when you decide whether to order and download the pdf, epub, mobi, exe, or app version of the book).
The deadline for any refund claim is 24 hours after the transaction date. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days after it is made. Please make sure that your refund request does not contradict our Terms of Use or our www.bruessard.com Intellectual Property Rights policies.
